Dinner bookings: Tuesday - Saturday 7.00 - 9.00pm. Lunch bookings: Tuesday - Friday, 12.00 - 1.45pm.
The Artillery Tower Restaurant in Plymouth has been under the ownership of Peter
and Debbie Constable since 1998. Our restaurant manager Ruth, has been with us since
2000. With our souschef Becky, and Alex, our front-of-house girl, they make up the
small team at the restaurant.
The food at the Tower is focused on the use of the best local produce, from small,
dedicated producers within 30 miles of the restaurant. The cooking is designed to
complement these fine ingredients with simple cooking without needless embellishment,
followed by homemade desserts or regional cheeses. The wines have been chosen with
quality producers in mind, using local wine merchants: 'Coad wines' and 'Christopher
Piper'. We hope to provide efficient, personal service in a warm friendly atmosphere,
and hope you enjoy your meal and look forward to welcoming you to our Plymouth restaurant.
