The Plymouth restaurant, The Artillery Tower, has been run by Peter and Debbie Constable
since 1998. Our restaurant manager Ruth, has been with us since 2000. With our souschef
Becky, and Alex, our front-of-house girl, they make up the restaurant’s small team.
The food at the Tower in Plymouth focuses on the best local produce of small, dedicated
producers within 30 miles of the restaurant. The cooking complements these fine
ingredients without needless embellishment; honest, not too fiddly like some other
restaurants; with home-made desserts and regional cheeses. The wine list concentrates
on quality artisan producers, using local merchants, 'Coad wines' and 'Christopher
Piper'. We provide efficient, personal service in a warm friendly atmosphere, hope
you will enjoy your meal, and look forward to welcoming you to one of the better
